Rev. Leslie Limbaugh brought God’s message for the Sept. 29, service. She is a minister with over 20 years of experience in a variety of church and denominational roles. She describes herself as an organized and dedicated “utility player.”
Her passions include college students, worship, and helping people to discover and live out their faith. Leslie has most recently served as Minister of Students and Communication and Minister of Discipleship and Outreach at Third Baptist Church.
Previously she served as Associate Coordinator and Baptist Campus Minister for Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Missouri.
Rev. Jermine D. Alberty, BSB/M, M. Div., is the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training Director and Principal Investigator of the Mental Health First Aid program at the University of Missouri St. Louis.
Rev. Alberty believes that he is called to serve, affirm, love, and transform individuals through the power that has been given to us by Jesus The Christ.
Rev. Tommy Barnhart gave God’s message about kindness on Sept. 15.
He is the husband of Lori, the father of Nathan and Charity, and the father-in-law of Drew. He is the grandfather of Cora Rose.
He was the pastor at First Baptist Church, Laddonia for 22-years, and retired from that ministry in August. He is the chaplain at the female prison in Vandalia.
He enjoys riding his bike (Trek not Harley), fishing, gardening and reading. He is a preacher of grace desperately in need of God’s grace.
Russell Cawthon, Jr., passed away this week.
There will be a Memorial Service for Russell Cawthon Jr., on Sun., Sept. 22, at 2:30 p.m., at Webster Groves Baptist Church.
Russell’s sister, Sharon, is in town and is taking care of everything. Please keep her in your prayers.
