Costumed Jean and Pepi Knue show their enthusiastic (if toothless) smiles as they await those seeking candies.
It has become a bit of a tradition for the church to reach out to the community with our Halloween Trunk or Treat.
This provides a safe environment for the younger folks to participate in the holiday.
Generally, we have some indoor activities like crafts and games for the children, but we also need people to bring their cars (hopefully decorated) and open their trunks and hearts to give some treats to our costumed revelers.
The festivities start at 6 p.m. on Halloween night and wrap-up around 8 p.m.
