The third annual Empty Bowls Soup Dinner will be Sunday, Nov. 3, from 4:30-7 p.m. in the Emmanuel Episcopal Church dining room at 9 S. Bompart Ave.
Enjoy a hearty bowl of soup and artisan breads donated by local restaurants and take home a handcrafted bowl as a reminder of those whose bowls go empty.
Also local fiddle, guitar, and piano musicians will perform.
Proceeds of the event will go to support the work of Webster-Rock Hill Ministries to feed and assist the needy in our community.
For tickets or more information contact Judith Holstein, or Marilyn at moann11@aol.com, or call Webster-Rockhill Ministries at 961-5082.
The Empty Bowls Project is an international grassroots effort to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger.
